The 3.3V CXO7050-6pad
We are now able to make our 7x5mm Oscillator, the CXO7050-6pad, in frequencies up to 800 MHz. These items can be made with an exactness from 20 to 100 ppm. Normally, these oscillators are delivered with a temperature range of -20 to +70°C or -40 to + 85°C.
This is a low-cost HCMOS-oscillator, with a square wave output. The jitter characteristic of this oscillator, designated as CXO7050TW3, is very low.
